More To Follow...
YIN & Restore
A practice that can heal, support and inspire. Yin is a quiet and still practice resting in poses for 2 - 3 minutes. To affect our yin tissues you need to find stillness in each pose and a lack of muscular engagement. Poses target the connective tissues between the naval and knees where all 6 lower body Meridians pass through, in and around the pelvis. Stimulating this area releases blockages that impact our overall energy levels.
Yin Yang Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice working on the muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Yoga Flow
In this class, you will learn to move gracefully from one pose to another and each movement is matched with your breathing. This will help to calm and release tension in the body.
