At Positive Healing I teach various types of yoga including:

Hatha Yoga 

The word “Hatha” means the sun (ha) and moon (tha). Considered as the yoga of balance, it includes the practice of basic yoga postures and breathing exercises.

In this class, you will learn to move gracefully from one pose to another and each movement is matched with your breathing. This will help to calm and release tension in the body.

Restorati​ve Yoga

Restorative yoga is all about deep, passive stretches. Props such as pillows, blankets, or yoga blocks are commonly used to help support your body so you can hold poses longer.

Dance Therapy 

Dance Therapy provides an outlet for energy. A safe and playful environment to let yourself work through emotions, let stress go, and become one with music. Let these movements have a therapeutic effect on your whole being and create a spiritual awakening.
